Lab Policy
HOOP LAB POLICIES AND PROCEDURE
Mandatory Performance Evaluation
All new players are required to participate in a mandatory performance evaluation that counts as their first Hoop Lab training session. The level is determined by age and then based on the player’s performance during the initial evaluation.
Waiver and Release of Liability
The waiver must be read, signed, completed, and on file prior to the beginning of the first session. You will be prompted to sign digitally upon membership purchase completion.
Player Dress Code
Proper athletic attire and basketball sneakers for session training must be worn. If the player shows up for a session in attire that does not fit the player dress code, they will be asked to leave and forfeit the class.
Punctuality
Training sessions will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer and end at the agreed upon and/or specified time. Players should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the session start time for all players to benefit fully; lateness is frowned upon. No student will be allowed after 15 minutes.
Session Cancellations
A 12-hour cancellation notice is required for the reserved session. A $20 no-show fee and class credit reduction apply if the reserved spot is not canceled within the required amount of time.
Class Wait List
If the class you want is booked out, you will be able to schedule and get on the class wait list. As clients cancel, you will then be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up.
If you secure a waitlist spot more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class, we will notify you by email
