STEP 1: It Starts with a Personalized Evaluation

Every player begins with a New Member Class and personalized evaluation across core basketball skills. This determines their level within their age group, and helps map out a personalized plan to help them grow.

STEP 2: Then, Train on Your Schedule

With 20+ classes offered each day and three membership tiers, Hoop Lab fits seamlessly into any player’s busy life. Easily book and manage classes online, whenever you want. You never need to commit to the same date or time.

STEP 3: Small Groups Lead to Big Results

Our semi-private classes (usually 4 players) deliver targeted training focused on all the essential skills often overlooked in typical team practices. Each player gets personalized attention, more ball touches, and measurable improvement as they grow.

STEP 4: Track Your Players Progress & Level-up

Ongoing evaluations show exactly how each player is improving, offering clear insights into their strengths and areas for growth. You'll always know how far they've come and what to focus on next.

Sessions are Grouped by Age and Level

Players are more motivated when they’re paired with peers. By splitting our classes by age and level, every player can build their confidence and improve.

Players are grouped by age so that they’re playing with peers:

  • Age 6-7

  • Age 8-10

  • Age 11-12

  • Age 13+

  • Foundation for each age group. Most players start here to focus on the foundations across the sport to reach proficiency across skills.

  • For players who have a solid grasp of the fundamentals across all aspects basketball and show advanced skills in a few areas.

  • For advanced players who show proficiency across all skills. Our Level 2 players are often playing on advanced club teams and work on polishing and getting reps on int/adv offensive and defensive skills.

  • Top players their age across most skills. Level 3 players are preparing for recruiting. At Hoop Lab, these players focus on leveling up their strengths, rounding out their weaknesses, and refining their basketball IQ.
