Hoop Lab FAQ

Hoop Lab Membership

Q: Do I purchase a membership on the Hoop Lab website?

A: You will be directed to create a new profile and complete the Hoop Lab Membership sign-up on the Hoop Lab website through the built-in Mindbody application.

Q: My child has very limited basketball skills. Will I be refunded if there isn’t a matching skill-level group?

A: All players of any skill level are welcome to join. Trainers complete a performance evaluation and place players in an appropriate age and skill level group. Age brackets are 6-7 years of age, 8-10 years of age and 11-16 years of age along with 3 skill levels.

Q: I have more than one player. Do I need separate memberships?

A: You can set up your family account in the Hoop Lab Application. Once your players are added, then each scheduled class for any player on the account will be deducted from the total monthly classes per the purchased membership. A separate membership or a 12x would be needed to split.
