Hoop Lab Membership

Q: Do I purchase a membership on the Hoop Lab website?

A: You will be directed to create a new profile and complete the Hoop Lab Membership sign-up on the Hoop Lab website through the built-in Mindbody application.

Q: My child has very limited basketball skills. Will I be refunded if there isn’t a matching skill-level group?

A: All players of any skill level are welcome to join. Trainers complete a performance evaluation and place players in an appropriate age and skill level group. Age brackets are 6-7 years of age, 8-10 years of age and 11-16 years of age along with 3 skill levels.

Q: I have more than one player. Do I need separate memberships?

A: You can set up your family account in the Hoop Lab Application. Once your players are added, then each scheduled class for any player on the account will be deducted from the total monthly classes per the purchased membership. A separate membership or a 12x would be needed to split.

Scheduling and On-Site Classes

Q: Can I schedule more than one skill session in a day?
A: There is a limit of two skill sessions per day.
Q: Is there a late or cancelation fee?
A: A $20 no-show fee and class credit reduction apply if the reserved spot is not canceled within the required amount of time. Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at a minimum of 12 hours prior to session start time.
Q: Does the player need to bring a basketball or training equipment?
A: Basketball and all training equipment are provided by Hoop Lab.
Q: What are the location hours and details?
A: Training sessions will be 4 days a week, plus Saturday mornings.
Gym Hours: Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 10 PM , and Saturdays 8 AM – 12 PM

Policies & Procedures

Q: What if I am running late for pick Up?
A: All parents and caregivers are expected to be on-site for the session’s end. We expect Hoop Lab to be contacted if there are scheduling changes to pick up.
Q: Can parents watch or participate in the training sessions?
A: We ask that parents do not watch or participate in the sessions.

Hoop Lab is actively working on live-stream sessions for 2023.

Q. How many players per session?
A: Sessions will be 4 players depending on the level. There is limited enrollment for Hoop Lab membership to ensure each player has the best experience possible.
